TV star Stacey, 34, has been a popular member of the ITV daytime show’s panel, but was last seen on the show as a regular a while ago now leaving fans wondering if she will ever return.
But Loose Women should have some good news for viewers in Friday’s show as they are expected to announce Stacey’s return.
The show is said to be about to reveal that Stacey will be back on Wednesday, when she’ll start a new run of appearances on the chat show.
Mum-of-five Stacey took a maternity leave break back in 2021 after daughter Rose was born and then returned briefly to Loose Women, but was soon off again for her wedding to Joe Swash in 2022 – before discovering she was pregnant again just six months after welcoming Rose.
She has been on maternity leave again with Belle, who is now eight months old, but has started working again recently including filming for her BBC series Sort Your Life Out.
Popular star Stacey is in demand and said to have had a lot of TV offers, but a source told The Sun of her Loose Women return: “For her the show feels like home and she loves all the cast, so is gagging to be back in the fold.”
Speaking on Lorraine earlier in the year, Stacey said she felt lucky to have been a part of Loose Women since 2016.
She said: “When I was on X Factor 14 years ago… I never even thought I’d be on a show like this, never mind have opportunities like Sort Your Life Out and Loose Women.
“So every time I get to do something like that I’m genuinely like ‘thank goodness, this is amazing!’ You’ve just got to keep enjoying it because you never know when it’ll be gone and when those things aren’t going to be there.”
This year Stacey has already started celebrating Christmas as she shared a video on 1 November of husband Joe telling her not to go overboard on the festive decorations and just stick to one room to begin with.
Unveiling her winter wonderland bedroom, she wrote: “Happy 1st November Everyone. I couldn’t resist. He said I could do ‘one room’ So I did. He knew exactly who I was when he married me. Sorry if it’s too early for anyone but for me it’s NEVER too early! It will last longer now. Everywhere else is still happy Halloween but I can’t even tell you how excited I was to get Christmassy in the bedroom.
“It’s been pumpkins since 1st September so I was ready. And I couldn’t wait to get all of my @georgehome Christmas range out. I’m so so proud every single thing. It’s an absolute dream come true and I get so excited to see it in your homes too so thank you for all of your tags, messages and everything it means THE WORLD.”
