Love Island’s Samie Elishi gets an ‘Audrey Hepburn’ fringe hair transformation

You know what they say: when a woman changes her hair, she’s ready to change her life. We wonder if this is true of Samie Elishi, star of Love Island‘s 2023 winter series, who has just debuted a new hair transformation on her Instagram page.

The 23 year old made headlines the other week when she and her villa beau Tom Clare announced they had separated less than two months after the ITV2 show came to an end. Samie and Tom are the third couple from this most recent series to announce their split, with Casey O’Gorman and Rosie Seabrook, and Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda also separating shortly after filming ended.

From the looks of Samie though, she seems to be thriving post-breakup. Posing for the grid snap, the former estate agent coordinator looks incredible with a new vintage-looking fringe and a sleek, voluminous updo. In fact, Instagram followers think there’s a touch of Audrey Hepburn to Samie’s new look.

“Keeping it classy,” the Love Islander simply captions the glamorous snap.

“Loving the fringe!!” responds one follower, while a second says: “Audrey Hepburn, eat your heart out.”

A third adds: “You do look like Audrey Hepburn, but with a more beautiful twist,” with a fourth chiming in with: “That fringe looks amazing.”

We’ve been a little bit obsessed with all things Samie since she burst onto our screens as a bombshell back in January. We paid close attention to exactly what she was using in terms of hair and make-up products when she was getting ready in the villa glam room. Since re-joining social media, Samie has treated us to a few fresh beauty tips.

Possibly the best beauty tip we’ve learnt from the star so far is how to smell like Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540, £235 here, for much less money. Samie let us in on a ‘dupe’ of the perfume that comes in at £213 less than the cost of the pricey spritz.

Samie spritzes on Sol de Janeiro’s Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 68 Perfume, £22 here, when she wants a Baccarat-like saffron and jasmine-y scent.

We’ve added that to our payday wishlist!
