Christmas isn’t usually the best time to splash out on a trip abroad – but some airlines and holiday providers have launched a range of deals for Black Friday this week, meaning you might be able to grab a getaway on a budget. Jet2 is among those to have unveiled a host of discounts for the occasion, offering up to £60 off per person on winter holidays until March 2024.
Jet2 is also offering discounts of up to £35 per person on 2024 summer holidays, with more than 1,800 options to choose from if you’re flying from Newcastle. Customers who sign up for or log in to their myJet2 account can bag even bigger savings of up to an extra £60 per person off their next booking too, so it’s worth registering for a free account if you haven’t done so already.
Each Jet2 holiday includes return flights, accommodation and coach transfers. Here are just ten of the most heavily discounted seven-night package holidays – based on flying out from Newcastle on the first Monday of December with one double or twin room – included in the Black Friday sale to inspire your next getaway:

Elsewhere by way of package holiday deals, easyJet is also offering customers up to £200 off their next holiday by using the code BLACKFRIDAY at the checkout. Customers will get £100 off when they spend at least £800, or £200 off when they spend £2,000, with a range of winter and summer deals available from city breaks to beach holidays.
