While there’s the small smatter of a double eviction to take care of this week, bookmakers are already thinking ahead to the Big Brother final and have put two housemates well ahead of their rivals in the race to win.
Having first been confirmed during the Love Island final last year’s ITV’s reboot of the ‘original’ reality TV show finally launched last month, with its debut simultaneously airing on ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX, as the channel hoped for a huge ratings success. With viewing figures consistently over the 1 million mark, the Big Brother reboot has outperformed much of Love Island’s recent run, as fans tune in every night to see the goings on from the new house.
Four contestants have now had the boot from the public, with Farida, Zak, Hallie and Kerry all given their marching orders, Kerry in rather brutal circumstances, having been put up in secret by Trish and Noky and then making her exit in a coffin. Two more will follow her out the door in Friday’s double eviction, with Trish and Noky tipped to survive against Paul and Dylan.
