Former Olympian Fatima Whitbread is one of the famous faces appearing in the All-Star South Africa series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in a bid to become the ultimate “legend” of the show.

The former Olympic javelin thrower, 62, first appeared on I’m A Celeb back in 2011 where she was famously known for having a cockroach stuck up her nose during one of the brutal Bushtucker Trials.

Overcome with emotion Fatima discussed life in a children’s home, having spent years in care before being adopted.

Fatima has a son called Ryan who she had with her ex-husband Andrew Norman. At the age of 64, Andrew tragically died from a sudden heart attack in 2007, a year after they got divorced.
