Durham Hits Teams up with Moving On

As Durham’s leading youth homelessness charity, Moving On have been helping vulnerable young people find safe homes for 30+ years.

Moving On support vulnerable 16 to 25-year-olds who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, Moving On believe every young person deserves a safe home and a fresh start.


Willow Burn Hospice & Durham Hits

At a time when peace and tranquillity is needed the most, Willow Burn Hospice provides a safe and quiet haven. The focus is on the individual and their needs through the provision of high quality community based care.

Willow Burn’s nurse-led in-patient wing has successfully cared for patients for over 30+ years, proudly serving the people of Derwentside.


Durham Hits Supports G.F.S.

Girls Friendly Society offers new experiences and opportunities to girls and young women that may not have otherwise been available to them at school or at home.

We aim to help them to gain new skills, pursue their aspirations and to grow in confidence and self-esteem. Help us support as many girls and young women as possible. From joining our newsletter to fundraising.
